Penalties
My biggest complaint with the Refs is the number of "holding" calls. If holding has an effect on the play, throw the flag. If it's 30 yards from play, on opposite side of the field, ignore it.- Hampton Roads 6

Some teams around the state have been very successful running the ball. Giles and Riverheads come to mind, but many games have been lost because teams refuse to develop a passing game.- Hampton Roads 6

Gretna won easily, but one of worst crew of officials I've ever seen. Seemed as if Gretna had to score 2 or 3 times on some possessions, for TD to count.- Hampton Roads 6

Any VHSL school that recruits should be banned from post season. Any player who transfers for athletic reasons, should be banned from playing. I know of "recruiting jobs" by high schools that would make any college coach proud.- Hampton Roads 6
