Halftime. Class 1 semis. GW 19, Auburn 18. Somehow, the Maroons claw back and take a slight edge. T. Rainey caught fire in the second for GW, hitting three straight and ending the half with a game-high 10 points. Teams have combined to shoot 10-of-47 from floor.

End of 3. Class 1 semis. Auburn 35, GW 32. Millirons with a step-through banker with four ticks left in the stanza. Yet another wild and crazy one between these two. Eight minutes to go.

Final. Class 1 semis. GW 45, Auburn 42. Goode hits two FTs with 3.5 seconds left for GW. Millirons misses a 3 at buzzer to send it to OT for Auburn. Maroons advance to Thursday’s Class 1 championship at VCU against undefeated Lancaster. This one was a classic.
