Anyone who has seen Floyd Co. or Central-Wise play know that both teams play very tenacious defenses. Floyd Co. was off offensively against Central-Wise on Friday at the West Region Final. Of course, the defense that Central-Wise put on the court had a lot to do with that. The Lady Buffaloes WILL be ready at VCU. Floyd's losses this year were to 4A William Fleming of Roanoke (they split games this year), two losses in a very prestigious tournament over the holidays in Myrtle Beach, and the game against Central-Wise. This team is tested and is extremely dangerous on offense and defense.
