Billy Acton (24 pts), Bryce Breeden (16) and Max Lohr (10 pts) led MC over Page Co in the district opener. MC next plays Spotswood and Staunton in the Spotswood Christmas tournament. They should be well tested once the district schedule gets into full swing.
On a side note…Page Co. is unorthodoxed, doesn’t pass the eye test and young, but…they are much better than their record would suggest. They will pull an upset or two this year.
