Ok, for years with the successes of programs within the Tidewater/Peninsula region I've always looked at what neighborhoods fed these programs, transfer or not, and I'm gonna come out with a not-so-ranked top ten:

Seatack, Virginia Beach
Lake Edward, Virginia Beach
Salem/Green Run, Virginia Beach
South Norfolk-Central/Northernmost Chesapeake
Churchland-Western Branch/Pughsville-Cavalier Manor, Chesapeake, Suffolk and Portsmouth intertwined
Berkley-Campostella (actually borders South Norfolk section of Chesapeake)/Park Place, Norfolk
Whatever zone feeds Hampton
Whatever zone feeds Phoebus
Whatever zone feeds Heritage
Camelot-Mill Creek-Sawyer's Mill/Great Bridge Boulevard corridor, Chesapeake

Keep in mind, I'm not the most familiar with Virginia Beach as a whole, or the Peninsula, so chime in if you will. Also know that some areas that won't mentioned aren't "dead zones," but historically speaking all the neighborhoods mentioned feed into some of the area's most successful programs over time. Alright, let's start the discussion!
