I wish there was a lot more girls basketball info on here especially when your county or city school is doing good

The only rankings I remember seeing was early in the season we did a ranking here on the board.
I'm not sure where you find a source for girls rankings? The Max Preps site use to rank teams but I believe you have to be a paid member in order to see them.
I'm not sure at this point about an overall ranking as I don't know much about the EAST but I feel certain you will be hearing a lot about GALAX GIRLS down the stretch. We are hitting our stride and playing our best ball.
Ok cool thanks I go on max preps but team records are not accurate so I don’t expect the rankings to either someone had post about a week ago just was wondering if there was a change Lancaster is doing good this year to there 11-0 that why I’m tryna keep up with the girls what region is galaxy and pm in?
No disrespect to Lancaster but how is their strength of schedule compared to Surry?
If surry played any teams other than 1A there strength could be better Lancaster played the usual Northampton, tidewater teams ,northern neck district ..

Yea I know they're not the best reference, but at least it gives everyone an idea of teams' records, etc.....and yes, they do have their share of errors.
Coaches need to do a better job of posting their results it takes like 30 seconds. North Carolina High Athletics Association requires all teams to keep their record up too date. Then use it in play-off seedings. Virginia can do better
Surry have wins over 5A Glen Allen, 3A Lafayette, Park View (2 wins), and 2A Greensville, and Brunswick.

It is "required" by the VHSL post results and scores. That is told to AD's each year...for years now. It isn't done. It isn't enforced...especially at small schools. You think it is hard to find results for basketball? Try getting tennis results or swim. LOL. Those are real jokes.

Virginia coaches are required to post their scores on rschooltoday. However, some do not. Maxpreps is a place where some go to post stats. It would be nice if everyone did it. Essex is not in the rankings because their coach does not post anything on Maxpreps.
