The problem is Public Schools can't reclassify or recruit. It is against VHSL rules to move to an area for sports. Plainly written in the VHSL handbook. Not as political now as in the past. Now the coaches don't know each other. It comes down to who teams play and see. I sat in many of those meetings and run some now. The new system makes it hard to be political as you say. Coaches have a hard decision vote on numbers or who you played against.- PRIDEWINS
