I haven't posted on here in years, but this thread is funny. I'm laughing at this guys infatuation with LT vs. Salem 2015. Salem played well and forced the LT QB to make plays and he just didn't make them, as he wasn't Shiheem Johnson. 2014 LT and 2015 LT were two completely different teams...- DEVILSLB99

This is a fact. I've probably dumped over $15k to get my field in better shape because the AD before me didn't care at all. Decided to put down Winter Rye this year since the season was in the spring..Best decision ever a lot of people are playing on weeds and dead Bermuda.- DEVILSLB99

Hank Sawyer on a golf cart?? Nah wrong guy. He’s not a trash talker either. He’s the last coach to leave the school before the game as he comes out with the last group of kids. Maybe you thought it was him. LT had over 400 yards of offense KG didn’t have 200. But it was closer than the score...- DEVILSLB99

Pregame talking trash to the LT kids talking about those rings don’t mean anything. Just a lot from a couple of their coaches. I was shocked like don’t poke the bear. Mighty quiet about this game. King George coaches were very chirpy before the game which all it did was motivate LT even more. Dropped 44 points on a team most of you picked to win. Not too bad for the third/fourth best team left. Sure the QB got hurt early, but he doesn’t play defense. Over 400...- DEVILSLB99

4A will lose Menchville and Lake Taylor and gain Deep Creek back. 4B adds a bunch of teams that many believe wanted to run away from HSHS and hopefully have a chance. They all petitioned to play down in 4. 4B also was about to have a crazy amount of teams until 3 schools volunteered to go to 4D...- DEVILSLB99

4 classes...thoughts
So here's what happened. 4 class system died because of classes 1 and 2. They wanted to remain class 1 and 2 and then have 3-6 divide into 3-4 and 5-6 to make the 4 classes. Then 1 and 2 wanted to be able to divide and crown 2 state champions like a 1A and 1B and and 2A and 2B. With that being...- DEVILSLB99

Since everyone came back to this post I can tell you the 4 class system died. They tried 5 and it didn't get enough support so we are sticking with 6 for the forseeable future. The biggest takeaways were trying to make 6 better and get back to making districts and district tournaments mean...- DEVILSLB99

Malik Newton
Known about this for awhile. Very unfortunate situation as he's a great kid. Gave up his senior year to enroll early as he was going to play as a Freshman. Now he has to make a tough life decision as an 18 year old kid. Sad- DEVILSLB99
