Actually, yes. He can redshirt IF he plays in ONLY 4 games this season. This rule went in last season. I don't think Brian Kelly will risk the redshirt by playing Clark more than two more times. As an Irish fan, I really don't want Clark to play a lot more this season because that would mean...- skycoach

Clark threw a TD pass versus New Mexico a few weeks ago and rushed for 24 yards on 4 carries. He looked good when he was in. Currently the number 3 QB behind Book and Jurkovec.- skycoach

Friday Weather
2003 Division 6 Central Region final...I was on scoreboard detail but as I recall, it was overtime. I think Bird kicked the XP and Varina scored, went for two, and didn't get it. It's been 15 years and my mind MIGHT be mistaken...- skycoach

The last 5 years would have had classic Central Region girls tournaments. 2015, for example. Cosby and Monacan won state championships under the new system, Bird and Midlothian were state runners-up, and an undefeated Highland Springs would have been in that 2015 Central Region tournament as...- skycoach

It's not a very popular opinion around these parts but imo the Monacan and Cosby girls wouldn't be wearing any state championship rings if they had to go through Princess Anne those seasons.- skycoach

If You Could Go Back In Time
I would have loved to see my father play high school ball back in 1950.....in Ohio. Since I can't, I would relive the 1991 D6 Central Region title game won by Bird 28-0 against the "vaunted" Thomas Dale defense. Many of my schoolmates played on that team.- skycoach
