    Is there any team in their region

    This in my opinion was a chance for VHSL to get back at LCA. They should have denied the appeal making them go to AA. They denied Liberty the chance to go play in the Dogwood. They could have possibly won a game maybe 2, at the very least been competitive.

    Someone explain to me how Rustburg falls all the way to #5. Alleghany, Spotswood and TA all play cupcake schedules. Heritage will upset TA and then upset Spotswood in the semifinal. VHSL has to get a better way of figuring the playoffs points.

    I would go as far to say I think Spotswood would have a hard time winning one game in the Seminole.

    I do believe Rustburg has beat Hidden Valley this year. Not sure what FD or Wilson has but, Rustburg is very good and very young.

    t Yes poor discipline. I have looked at the stat line in every Amherst game and you are the most penalized and usually commit the most turnovers (which both of those stats fall in line with poor discipline). They need a coach that is not going to baby them and tell them what they want to hear.

    I agree. Defensvily last night i didnt think they got as good of pressure from the dline as they have all season. Some of that could be alleghany adjustments from the first game. Was kind of shocked at the crowd last night. Not a lot of support from what has been at the games most of the season.
