Hawk fans any insight on how the offseason is going? Qb situation looking any better? Looking forward to the season and hoping the team bounces back strong from last year!

heard through grapevine that gretna coach thinks 8 and 2 is a good possibility this year. Not so sure myself but hope he is right............
Sounds good.. Hopefully they can settle in at qb because I think they have good talent at rb and on the line and the defense should be improved... Any word on if they have found they a qb that can fill the role? Thanks in advance.... Go Hawks !
If that's the case I'd like to know the 8 teams they are gonna beat???? I can only think of 1 possible win and that's Nelson.Don't know anything about Tunstall either.That's possibly 2....where's the other 6 coming from????

Well first of all 8 and 2 was definitely a rumor.Coach Simpson isn't a prediction guy.Realistly the team is a lot better than last year. More speed a lot of new players and much better at skill positions including qb.Only thing I know they will be much better than 1 and 9
Reference attendance, it has fallen way down. I recall fans being at stadium at 5 p.m. to get good seat. Now they arrive 5 minutes before kickoff. Parking lots at one time had fans tailgating. Heard a rumor than concession sales had dropped over 50%.
Your right HR6 attendance was probably the lowest last year than it has been in the last 15 years.I can remember getting there at 5pm before a big game just to get a decent seat.I had several people tell me this past year that they got there 5-10 min before the game and had no trouble finding a place to park.Like I said in another post....people are tired of seeing the same ole thing every game.Gretna football use to be exciting to watch.....
