Cville opened up 19-5 lead in 1st, LCA closed strong to cut it to 19-10 after 1. #23 for LCA then got hot, he hit 4 threes in six possessions and midway through the second it was 23-22 CHS. The rest of the game was back and forth. LCA scored the final bucket of 3rd to take 47-43 lead going into 4th. They scored first in the 4th and then they proceeded to milk clock. #23 had to be their leading scorer, he hit the final two free throws to ice it. CHS had chances, just couldn't get them to fall to tie it back up late. Leftwich got all the hype for LCA and he's a great player, straw that stirs the drink so to speak. #4 was their most impressive player tonight IMO. Physically built, stud on defense, hit some timely three's and just all around brought the juice. Congrats to LCA on the win, good luck vs Western.
Big shout out to the Black Knights. Very exciting season, had some memorable moments. Special shout to seniors Isaiah Washington and Jake Bowling, those guys had great careers will be missed! Black Knights return a lot next year, should be district and region favorites next year IMO. It's football season now!
