I don't know how the other conferences are doing their regional births I knw Conference 18 is using the conference tournament to determine seeding. If I had to take a guess as to how it would like my guess would be:
Top Half
Lake Taylor vs. Nansemond River
Grafton vs. Glen Allen
Bottom Half
Kings Fork vs. Wilson
Monacan vs. Smithfield
I think it will be a Monacan vs. LT matchup in 4A South
