If Carroll county wins this game it would be the biggest upset in vhsl history. The only way it is remotely possible is if coach mags forfeits or suspends the first and second team

Salem is currently at eighth in the West, unless I'm mistaken. And, may I point out that these numbers and standings are probably going to change over the next six weeks, for all the teams?

There was a comic strip that ran in the papers years ago that featured a high school. They were winless over about 50 years. And then one season, something incredible happened that gave them victory after victory. Things like the visiting team " forgot" about the game, or the other team had to forfeit because "their mascot goat ate all the footballs". You know, typical comic strip stuff. And eventually, they went undefeated that season and won the championship. I wish I could remember the name of the strip.
