The server on his 2nd serve hits the ball left from his first serve that is in his service block. Is it dead? The ball bounced up and was played for a winning return. Should the ball have been played?

I am certainly not the expert on rules, but i would replay the point. I have seen players call "let" when a ball from another court rolls into their court, so i would imagine that it would be acceptable to replay the point in your example
