I don't know all the details but there was apparently some confusion earlier in the day as to whether the Big Red's game at Stonewall would be played tonight. Shenandoah County schools were closed today, I assume because of continuing flooding threats, and that led to some speculation and maybe even a preliminary announcement that the game would be moved to Monday night.
But the powers that be got it all straightened out and the game, as well as all others in the Valley, WILL be played on schedule this weekend including of course the slate of games at JMU for tonight and tomorrow. So spread the word that each and every fan in the Valley can go ahead with the plans they had made for a great football weekend!
