I would like to congratulate Coach Fruth as he has been introduced as the next head coach for the Goochland Bulldog's. Welcome back to the "Dog Pound"! We certainly will miss Coach Fowler leading the team on the sideline but having him as AD is a win for the whole sports program at Goochland High School! I am looking forward to this up coming football season! A lot of talent coming back from last year's team!

Coach Fruth was really loved by all the coaches, players and community when he was an assistant at Goochland. I believe that most people in Goochland are thrilled to have him lead the program. Most of the coaching staff is still on the staff and we hope it is a smooth transition to Coach Fruth. He has some pretty big shoes to fill but I think he is the right coach at the right time. I am both a little nervous and excited for this upcoming season.
