I have heard this description of Salem from many sources " Salem is Salem". What does that mean?

Being from Bedford, Salem has been the gold standard in the area since the mid 90s. It wasn't always that they had the most talent, although they often did. It was that they were always prepared, fundamentally sound and rarely beat themselves. Their kids were football aware at all positions. Understood situational football, down and distance, opponent alignment that can give away strategy. When I say Salem is Salem, that is what I mean. Those kids take pride in being football aware and gaining as much advantage through preparation as possible to make up for those times when they could be over matched athletically or physically. Proof is in the puddin'. Respect to Salem community, team and staff for the program they've built.
