I speaking of when the forerunner of this site was vahsfb.com created by Zirkle Blakely in the late 1990s. That was the second high school sports message board in Va that I found online. The first I discovered was LPD Report (created by Jim David) which I believe is still online but hasn't been updated in years. I used to post plenty on Group A/1A Board but got fed up with negativity so I've mostly posted results in the past decade or so.

I didn't come around until 2006, but I remember Zirkle and Robert and really enjoyed the camaraderie with them. I, especially loved talking basketball with Robert. The man knew his stuff
