Any score update on the Northumberland @ Trinity game?

From a reliable source ...Trinity 42 Northumberland 6 with 10min in 4th Q

Yes I had just received a text that NHS was getting blown out. I was concerned about this game as was expressed in the big games in the far East thread a few days ago.

NHS was missing 4 of its main offensive skill players (including the big 3). I am surprised that the Defense collapsed though. Have not seen any details but Trinity's star Tink Boyd probably had a monster day.

Essex will be heavily favored next week.

Injuries that bad that they won't be back next week? I thought the Palmer kid was ready to come back.

Northumberland injury bug finally got the best of them. With Palmer still being out they also had Kameron Lee out today as well Plus 6’3 245 David Christian out. Then losing 3 more starters during today’s game including their starting corner

I hope that everyone is back. I heard that the NHS QB didn't even play today and maybe some others it seems. This causes others to play out of position, disarray, and so on. It can really impact team performance.

NND Sports Fan or NNDman, does this game count in the seedings race for home field? I'm afraid that the Trinity game does count in the ratings but maybe not with all the recent changes.

Only 8 teams make it, it is vital to be in the top 4 to get a home game. Region A is loaded.

I sure hope the stars are back too. Palmer and Lee were also expected to play against Trinity. I am not so sure if they will be able to play against Essex. (Plus, if they are allowed to play will they be anywhere near 100%?)

If all is well and healthy, Northumberland finally has a chance against Essex. I want to see both teams at their best, I'm sure Essex does too.

Hopefully, NHS Coach Lewis can use this embarrassment as a learning tool to improve.

Nothing motivates like a defeat...however, a loss can also send a team into a downward spiral.

Palmer and Lee both were on the sideline in street clothes, Lee walks with a noticeable limp but should probably be ok by Friday. will Palmer start at QB or will be line up as receiver as previously mentioned on this board? #14 QB for Northumberland didn't scramble or draw as much as he did in Middlesex even when the holes were there. Wonder if that was due to not having Lee or Palmer to come in if he got injured? Palmer and Lee both add explosiveness to the offense, especially if the play breaks down. Question though... Did #5 get ejected from the game in the 4th Qtr or did the coaches simply sit him after his penalty Saturday.
