Instead of posting a thread for every highlight reel, Im going to post one with our kids on it.

I want to start this one with a guy I have known for years. In Lil league, he played CB and Safety, but he has always been our Kicker and Punter throughout the years. The kid has a foot on him. How many kids yall know can kick it with accuracy every time inside the 5 yard line on a punt? Or kick it in the back of the endzone on a kickoff or put it in the corner whenever he wants. He is amazing to watch and I say the kid will be a great kicker on the next level for any D1 D2 or D3 college out there. He can kick 40+ yard FGs in a game and been doing it for 3 years. If our O wasnt so explosive for the past 2 years, this kid would have seen more action at banging in some FGs. If there was no Carter J, we probably wouldnt have won the Dan River game, he came through in the clutch to hit a 40 yarder in the pouring down ran. I dont know who made the call, but Carter made it a mission to kick it directly to Mitchell for Union 7 times. He gave it to him directly in the corner and he only chose to run it back once. He is a great kid on and off the field. Had a great longsnapper too, I think he will probably go on a full ride to App State. Both are kids I cant wait to see on next level regardless of where they choose to play. Colleges need to be banging Appomattox door down for Carter, if they have not already done so.

NOBODY going to tell me there was a better LB in 4A down to 1A last year than this guy Delonta Kelso! He should have been defensive ALL STATE player of the year last year. They moved him to safety this year. He was productive there as well. He has been RB/Safety/LB this year. He is a 3x state champ in track. By the end of his senior year. There is not going to be enough fingers for him to fit a ring on. VT needs to swoop him up and red shirt him. put weight on him and let the boy play at safety, he will be the next Sean Taylor! Yep, I SAID IT, Im a Redskin fan!

This is a kid i would call the energizer bunny mixed with a wrecking ball. He was not afraid of anyone as a small DL. You would slide under you and be tackling your RB /QB in less than a second. Here is the film to prove it. Kid probably got more blocked punts in Appomattox history. I had chills watching it. You want to see Appo D on display, here is a great vid for that. Christian Kennedy is a State Runner up in wrestling last year. He loss narrowly. so you will see them skills on display as well.

He was basically unblock able with his quickness, low center of gravity, and his great balance.
Gonna miss him up front big time.
