Appo vs Colonial Heights

The result will be similar to last year. The new HC at CH is a terrific coach and and even better person. CH is working hard, but they are just overmatched by Appo., and most teams in their District, (Central District). They pulled off a surprising win over Class 5 Meadowbrook. Meadowbrook is in a down year, but it was still a notable win.
Dude -not sure if you are really an Appo fan or what but in the spirit of Coach Smith you need to be quite a bit more humble on here. I've been a longtime Appo fan and like a lot of us on here....we let the team speak for us. No need to brag,troll or stir....We have had some horrible years and recently some great years. If you know any Seminole / Dogwood history you know there has been years where we were the dormat. Gretna, Rustburg, Brookville, Altavista, WC, JF, Liberty and Amherst all won state football championships ( some multiple) before we had our run. We have a good team but you gotta respect other programs and be humble on here. Don't be writing checks that our team has to cash...
Agree with High School Sports and commet to Appo3. Appo3 your not talking like what our team and and Head Coach stands for. We stay humble, not cocky. You in the wrong fan base if u carry on like that. #HumilityMakesUsStronger
Suffered much during those losin years and still supported by boys. Support em now also. I'm cocky and love my team. I brag on em. I think nobody can whip em. If that's a trol then I am a troll. I ain't a player or Coach Smith but only a fan .I can brag, not be humble and be cocky. It ain't no troll. It's bragging and beIN cocky. Fans can do that .But I really think we whip everyone by 2 TDs.

Coach is working every practice with his passing. Our QB has come a long way and he will get it. He is just not a natural passer...and this is his first year playing the position. He has done one hell of a job all things considering.
Ummm ok then ! Some of old schoolers on here haven’t seen this before , so pull for your team but be humble about it , if all you guys remember the guy that did a video and posted it when we were playing richlands in Salem 2 years ago , he disappeared and has never been heard from again as is pioneer4life talking all that smack sometimes hits back so be cool and know anyone can have a bad night at any level ! Just saying !
Will be watching a good game on Thursday nite ! Myrtle beach against north myrtle beach , football here is very much like in va , this game would be equivalent to a 2a game , myrtle beach has some coaches from the Lynchburg area and ECGlass , have meet up with them at a few games , glad to be able to watch the raiders play on live stream
Boy did that video shake the hornets nest that day!!! Dude quickly found out what fire he called down on his team that day.
From everything I know about the players, coaches, teachers, and fans at Appomattox, Appo3 is so far removed from the class and integrity they exhibit, as to be from another planet. So don't sweat it Appo folks, we all know his post are not a reflection of what the true Appomattox representative stands for.
Does anyone remember the Gold84 poster of a few yerars ago. Commented about Gretna and VT. Made the same outlandish posts seemingly just to pull peoples strings. Appo3 seems amazingly like that.
In all honesty the big thing I’ve noticed with Appo posters is back in 2015 there may have been 1-2 on board, now many more, but to me they are way way humble as a group that hasn’t lost to a 2A opponent since Lee County in 2014. Think about that streak for a moment, and won’t get tested again til first round with Altavista following the Colonial Heights matchup
I might be wrong, but right now Appo may not get really tested until 3rd round of playoffs which I believe is going to be Glenvar again. Colonial from what I'm hearing is down this year again but could pull off an upset. Altavista is trying and has potential but can't seem to find their identity.
Well your not what our team, coaches and majority of the fan base is about then. You sailing your own ship. You said you not humble.. Sorry to hear that. Do u know that our motto this year was gonna be Humility? Well if not, now u know. HUM1LITY is one if the keys to life that God hopes we will conquer. CH was a physical team and had some really good players. The QB(#2) was tough and a good runner but the lefty we saw during warm-ups looked like he could really pass( I assumed he was injured). I agree with DinwiddieProud in that they are heading in the right direction. There record does not reflect the team. I hope they all got home alright last night. Long ride home on a school night.
That was a strong team last night.
Their record might no be great but they were big and physical. Our boys seemed to be caught off guard with their physicality. OUr defense didn't play like they did last Fri I know that BUT I feel they were WAY better than Gretna was up front. Not as much speed but better at the point of attack

That game will end up being very helpful ! Colonial was big up front and some good athletes in the back field, moving forward that kind of team was exactly what the raiders needed at this point . that will be good for them as the playoffs come around !!
You do realize that "Gold 84" still posts on here under his regular screen name don't you?
