Here comes the last game of regular season play for Appomattox. How many unseen plays might be pulled out the bag this week? Will some of the players that are hitting their stride continue to rise and wow the PO1 fans again this week? Drew was on fire last week running thru CH like a bulldozer. And that bulldog push by the Raiders for atleast 10 extra yards was awesome!

So much this. Depth is crucial in the later rounds of the playoffs. Larger teams like RE Lee, Central, and Appo can use this to their advantage by developing their bench. Put 'em in coach!

I don't really know crap about football, but developing the younger players is my train of thought too.

Appo seems to be hitting their stride, and it's exciting to watch! I think we will be able to put this one away quickly and watch the 2nd and 3rd string get some more game action before the playoffs.

that is the good thing about this game. Its not like we playing an Amherst with game 10 for two years straight. We playing a subpar altavista that is struggling. Good to know that we are not playing a strong team where starters can get hurt. Bo Bob said it best. Get that 35 and put back ups in. I was surprised he kept Javon Scruggs in after going up 41 vs CH? Is the reason that we dont have a quality back up? I seen him keep Scruggs and few other starters in a few times late after game was all sealed up? That is not like Doug who likes to play it safe to prevent injuries.
