They're not that bad, especially to recent years but when you want to boat race a team like that you will and when you decide to do other things it won't look so bad. Some staffs look at those games as a way to pad stats and give the kids a feelgood win, some staffs treat them like a scrimmage and use them to work on weaker aspects and fine tune things.
Blacksburg, easily. They've got two wins, including over a now 3-4 Floyd County (Winfred Beale rolling off a 3 game win streak over there).
If you wanted a better question it'd be Martinsville against Liberty, although I don't think I'd pick against Martinsville. Liberty is all-time bad this year, sadly.
Martinsville is basically a 2A jv team playing in a 3-4A district. Alot of injuries and defections since the beginning of the year has led to a really bad team. I wouldn't bet on them either.
