Graham 41 Bland 0 but that does not tell the story of this game. Obviously Graham was the superior team but what these bears accomplished tonight was something everyone in bland can be proud of. This team was down to 19 players, only 4 of which were upper classman. According to reports Bland lost 4-5 starters today due to illness and two starters earlier in the week due to injury, meaning the team Bland put on the field tonight were mainly freshman and sophomores. Were they outmatched by the talented g-men? Absolutely. But they played with as much heart as any team I've ever seen. I think the score was 28-0 at half with Graham scoring with less than a minute to go in the half. Congrats to Graham on the victory. They have a very talented team and will be a handful for anyone.
