Who is Smith choosing from? I know the kid has been offered by every major program in the nation.
When you think of top line backers, you naturally think of Penn State first.
Penn State has 2 of VA’s best RBs..Wouldn’t be surprised if Smith is next. I personally want to see him play for Saban or the FSU Seminoles.
I don't think he ever publicly narrowed down his list.
