Brookville and Charlottesville scrimmaged each other yesterday. It was game situation with no hitting on special teams plays. C'ville's starting QB suffered an injury in practice and didn't play. B'ville's scores came off a botched C'ville snap that was returned for a score, a long run by Louisa transfer Deion Jackson, and two passes by their QB after starting off slow. C'ville had some good runs but were shut out. Their QB will be out for a couple of weeks, so their backup will have to step up against Dominion or they will struggle. Brookville has two athletic RBs and a good receiver but their QB is inconsistent and the team as a whole is kind of small. I look for them to finish in the top 3 in the Seminole.

Whoa...Louisa lost its stud freshmen you hyped about a few years ago? How many have left Louisa this year? I think that makes four kids that left that were pretty good? I watched the scrimmage also and I was impressed with brookville. My sleeper is not looking so hot at the moment

How did Louisa scrimmage go? Hoos if had known you were going to the watch scrimmage today I could have met you in person!

About to make a thread, watching Seattle/Kansas City right now.

Deion is good, but he had a few reasons for leaving Louisa, all of which I understand, one of which is his brother Mealy goes to Liberty now and coaches at Brookville with Meeks. There's no drop off with his replacement, Devonte Shelton, it may actually be a step up since Shelton also plays linebacker.
