Charlottesville Soccer Takes Out Albemarle, 2-1

In a game that decided the Jefferson District Championship, the Charlottesville Black Knight's remained undefeated last night by defeating Albemarle, 2-1 at Albemarle High School. Charlottesville took a 2-0 lead, first from a goal by senior Abibi Osman, then his sophomore cousin Ayat Mohamed. Albemarle answered in the second half, but couldn't capitalize and fell to the Black Knight's for the second time this year.

Charlottesville (13-0) takes on Orange County today at 7:15pm.
Albemarle (11-2-1) wraps up the regular season today at Powhatan at 7pm.
