Gretna tonight as the Hawks take on James River in the first round of the 2C playoffs. At the end of the first it’s Gretna 7, James River 0.

Gretna’s Tabron Mabins picks up a high snap, scrambles and somehow finds Damon Hicks for a TD. Before that, another bad snap led to a safety for James River. With 7:03 left in half, it’s Gretna 14, James River 2.

HALF: Gretna 14, James River 2. Each team lost a fumble in the final minutes of the half, but neither could capitalize and put points on the board.
