And on their third play from scrimmage Newkirk finds Lebron Bond for a 49 yard touchdown pass. Commodores take the lead 7-0 less than a minute into the game.
Brady Carmical to Colin Capistrant for 13 yards through the air and Briar woods is in Maury territory.
After a good start to their drive, Briar Woods turns the ball over on downs. Maury offense will take over at their own 41 yard line
The Commodores overcome a pair of penalties on the drive and find the endzone again. This time, Autori Newkik finds Jahvon Wiggins for a six yard completion and Maury now leads Briar Woods 14-0.

Four plays later, Tayshawn Branch finds the endzone on a 10 yard run. Another 2 pt try is good. Maury leads Briar Woods 30-0.
Fourth Touchdown pass of the day from Autori Newkirk. This time a 27 yard strike to Damon McDaniel. Another 2 point conversion and Maury leads Briar Woods 38-0. 3:03 remaining in the third quarter.
Damon McDaniel strikes again on defense. This time an interception sends the Briar Woods offense back to the sidelines.
Autori Newkirk finds Lebron Bond for a 31 yard touchdown pass. Matthew Williams with the two point run. Maury takes a 46-0 lead over Briar Woods.
