Those 3 Shenandoah District coaches leaving, along with the northern teams leaving for the Bull Run, means Stuart's Draft's Floyd and Wilson Memorial's Major as the only returning Shenandoah District coaches. Fort Defiance enters the district with a returning Coach Rolfe.
