Hell of a run. I spent weeks up here reading about how that Lord B team was basically unbeatable and heard them refered to as monstars...good job Lafaytte.


Fun fact: 6th year in a row that the team that eliminates Phoebus in playoffs goes on to win the trophy...

They were huge but Phoebus and Independence were excellent preparation. Never intimidated and this Lafayette team really excelled in the 4Q. Some picks, fumble recoveries and an incredible 40 yard TD run by a Green on a punt did it. LB had quite a few personal fouls, frustration that things didn’t go as planed I suspect. LB fans I met were really nice . I definitely feel we were a lot tougher than they expected. See you guys next year!!!
