So the officials at a JV game just told the fans if cow bells were rung again that the team would be penalized.

Did they have a basis in any kind of rule for that?

Never really heard of anything like that in VA. Big no no in Kentucky though. They don't allow noise of any kind.

Still say the game vs us and Union last year in BSG was the best high school football atmosphere that I have seen.
