Trey Morgan tossed a complete game and the Hampton Crabbers collected 11 hits to defeat the Denbigh Patriots 7-4 at War Memorial Stadium.
Morgan allowed seven hits and two earned runs while striking out four Patriot batters. He also had a sacrifice fly RBI and he scored a run.
Hampton took control in the 3rd inning scoring five runs to break a 2-2 tie. Jordan McCray, Maalik Jernigan and Brendon McBride all had RBI singles.
Khari Gunn finished the game going 3 for 4 with two runs scored while Ty Johnson, Maalik Jernigan, and Brendon Mcbride all had two hits each.
