I just wanted to say congrats to this young man on having the best game of his career Thursday night (23 carries 309 yards 3 tds) against Granby. His older brother was a running back for us at LT, and Daz was in the JV program as an 8th grader. He wasn't the biggest kid or the fastest and we had questions about him, but he has made himself into a very good football player. He will be playing for someone on the next level at RB, and started all 15 games at DB for us last year and could have played college on that side of the ball as well.
