Dinwiddie defeated JM 48-34 tonight. Although both defenses struggled the speed on the field was fun to watch. JM runs a basic read option offense and passes very little; however their line is very effective. They scored on several busted plays, but their quarterback made it happen. #4 is tough to tackle and is a quality one cut back. With the exception of one odd interception at the end Dinwiddie's offense hit on all cylinders and Bryce Witt managed the game well and four different backs toted the mail. Both have special team units that are sound and have returners that can take it to the house. Defensively both teams are on the small side and Jm's defensive backs struggled with coverage. Both teams tackled poorly in the open field; however, once again speed played a factor. We really enjoyed having JM come to the farm. They played hard and with class. Coach Serbay and Coach Mills had their teams prepared and the boys put on a good show. On to Hanover next week. Going to face a totally different attack.
