Not sure how hungry the Gladiators will be after getting their gut full of Home Cookin last week !
E R has really improved the last couple seasons . Their D has yet to find a way to stop the running game of the boys in Red . Maybe this year they have it figured out . I see another close game with the RHS on top by a couple scores . 28 -14 GO BIG RED !!!!!!!!!!!

At least Red will be at home this week where they are used to the refs making up calls against em. Def some odd stuff from the stripes last week, but win or lose it wouldn't have been enough to raise too much a fuss about. (Except the longest 4 second play I have ever seen in my life play, but I don't want Gunz to get upset again, so shhhh)

ER is running the ball a lot more than they have since the Sharif Price days. I'd say this back is better than Price was, but their O just doesn't have enough to keep up with the Gladiator Running onslaught. I have to say, I thought ER was more dangerous in the Shenandoah being a throwing team. All of these teams are used to the ground pound, but swooping in with that potent passing attack has stole them some momentum in a game until that opponent could figure it out, or even got them them the win. (Gap knows what I am saying) I hope to see them be able to return to that. They have the younger McNair, so maybe it will only be gone this season.

Riverheads takes this one. I can see it being close through 1Q, but RHS will get 14 ahead before half and cruise from there. Wins by 24+.

Watch out for RE Lee and Luray. Two teams that have not had their turn on top that are looking to surprise.

Wah Wah Wah. I have never seen someone be so whiny about a win. I guess if I have to, I will try to bring you 2 a bottle to Greenville.

As for the game, I will have to say East Rockingham by 3 seconds, o wait...

The game is at Riverheads, then Riverheads by 3 seconds

3 Seconds... that is more time than your coach awarded Richlands last year giving them enough time to send you to basketball season. You had the game won. It was yours. You could have been the team to get rocked by Appomattox. It could have been you.
Glad I know how to watch a clock. Maybe Draft needs a time management Coach like uva had when London didn't know why those numbers kept getting smaller on that big board down there. Maybe your operator needs an assistant too. Maybe he needs not choke when it means the most.

Riverheads will win this week. Just like Draft will.

I've been off this board for a while... might need to return to my seclusion.

A simple fact , If the clock error happens any time other than the last 24 seconds in a close game , its a non factor ! Clock operator needs not have his finger stuck somewhere else when the game is on the line ! lol

Wah wah wah. All of this talk is STUPID. I could certainly come back at you, but I have more class than that.

If all you want to do is come on here and whine about a win, and take shots at teams and their coaches and fans then you might want to take your own advice and stay away

At least there are other fans from your school who don't make themselves look bad on here.

And since you still want to cry about a win, guess you need to be put in timeout or get a lesson. When this terrible inedible home cooking happened, there was MORE than 24 seconds left, so what you want to moan about now?

Just got it confirmed ! 24.7 sec. left when clock operator got stink on his finger !

Well that is above 24 seconds, am I could be remembering wrong, but I thought drive started 47 seconds remaining. There were like 4 plays after that one.

So again, that play didn't effect the outcome, and wouldn't have anyway as the last play was with 7 seconds left, so the 3-4 seconds not running wouldn't have mattered.

Next???

Bottom line , home cookin and Draft still lost the game . Trying to cheat is the same as cheating . Hope someone returns the favor to the all mighty Cougars real soon ! lmao

Just stop it. Nobody tried to cheat, you are trying to be a troll. Dont try to ruin good people's names. I'll be sure to bring a stopwatch the next time I'm at Riverheads, and if there is even a 1/10 of a second off, you will never hear the end of it.

Good luck to the Greenville Knights this week

If the shoe fits ..............

The facts are as follows.
24.7 on clock
On the next play where 4 seconds ran off, the play was approximately 13 seconds long. I timed it watching it on hudl. Next play false start 5 yard penalty. Then incomplete quick pass to the right sideline, the bomb to the end zone and then incomplete pass to the right again. Game probably should have ended with the bomb play. Game over, week over, move on. Both teams should have good seasons. Good luck to all.

Then I was wrong, I thought it was 47 seconds. While I didn't watch hudl, I do know that the first play was the one with the error, and clock was started after it was realized. It was after the 2nd reverse handoff.
