Essex coach Fulks steps down

I would be shocked if that job went to anybody but Jones. In my opinion they won't find anybody out there better than what they just lost though.
Yes Jones was the coach from I believe the 95 or 96 season until the 2009 season. Left and returned home to Pulaski where he was at 4 years. Came into a rough situation there as I believe they were on probation when he arrived. Never had a winning season there then returned to the Northern Neck 3 years ago as head coach at W&L. Made playoffs both years there under new system but only won one playoff game in 2 years then was AD at Essex this past year.
