FB spot question

I have a basic question about spots because its often inconsistent between umpires. Let say you have a kickoff thats a touchback. Should the forward most point of the football be directly in the middle of the 20 yl, on the backside, or should the ball be directly in the middle of the 20?

the foward most point of ball is aligned with 20 yard line on backside of the paint......... I think.
