Looking to see some hard hitting football full of excitement in the spring? Come out this Saturday at 6pm to watch the New River Nitro Semi Pro Football team take on the Virginia Chargers from Bluemont, Virginia; admission is $6.00 and kids 6 and under are free. They play all of their home games at Eastern Montgomery High School in Elliston, Va. Concessions will be open so come hungry. The New River Nirto is full of former athletes from the New River Valley, Roanoke, and even some outside guys looking to keep playing.
