With thunderstorms in the forecast for Friday night, several area high schools have already rescheduled football games this week.
Buffalo Gap's athletic director Andrew Grove sent an email Wednesday afternoon indicating his school's game against Wilson Memorial has been moved to Thursday. It will still begin at 7 p.m.
Meanwhile, Page County also rescheduled its game with Riverheads to Thursday, but now with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff. And the Lee High at Stuarts Draft game will also be played Thursday at 7 p.m.
Mark Mace, the Fort Defiance AD, said the Indians will still try to play Friday, with a rain date of Saturday.
