How did this guy get past UVa and Virginia Tech and wind up playing for Liberty?
Liberty also has a former high school QB from the Charlottesville area (Monticello High) who played in the NFL.
Rashard Davis, a former QB at Charlottesville High, is playing for the Philadelphia Eagles.

I have to wonder who is scouting the Charlottesville-area high schools for UVa................

Uva is never a factor in d1, and recruiting is a large part of it. They let far to many in state players move on without giving them a solid look.
