Yep. He’s going back home to teach at Ridgeview. He’s from Haysi, which consolidated with Clintwood and Ervinton to make Ridgeview. So it’s a chance to head home.

Does anybody know what they plan to do? Do they have a coach on staff that can fill in as an interim?
They don’t have a coach on their staff who is ready to step up as the head guy. Will have to find someone quickly.
I was looking at the Fort's field on Google Earth. Are those concert bleachers on the home side? The upper most sections looks like they are pretty far back from the field. I like the trees being there. Most stadiums are void of trees.

Ok, I can see that now. I just couldn't figure out the lines, when they had a practice field for football out back. Thanks.
They can't practice on the main marching field because they allow the football team to do so, which makes all the markings fade so the marching band can't practice hitting their marks.
New Fort Chiswell Head Coach is Josh Wingate. He has been on the staff for the past seven seasons.
