not the RRD as I originally thought. Cave Spring and Hidden Valley are also looking to move to the BRD. If this were approved, the BRD would have 8 teams and the RRD would be left with 5. This would be problematic for Pulaski especially, as they would have to find 6 OOD football games, instead of just 4. There aren't enough similarly sized schools in the NRV area. I'm not sure when this will be voted on, but teams can't make their schedules for next cycle until they know who will be in the district.
