Fork Union quarterback Luke Wilson completed 18 passes with half of them going for touchdowns, to help Fork Union pull away in the 4th quarter to defeat Trinity Episcopal 86-42. The Blue Devils led 58-42 at the end of the 3rd quarter then scored four touchdowns in the final 12 minutes.

The teams combined for 1158 total yards, 18 touchdowns, and only three punts.

Wilson finished the afternoon completing 18 of 29 passes for 400 yards nine touchdowns and no interceptions. His touchdown passes went to five different receivers including three by Malcolm Mays and two each by Logan Justice and Larry Elder. Justice also picked off three passes returning one for the final score of the game.

Trinity Episcopal senior Tink Boyd had 12 receptions for 300 yards and four touchdown catches while quarterback Taylor Eggers passed for 389 yards on 22 of 46 passing with five touchdowns.
