This coming Friday and Saturday, the Gameday Broadcast Network will be televising a total of 7 state semifinal football games online at GamedayMagazine.com. In an effort to help those that cannot be at the games in person, we have dispatched our broadcast crews all across the Commonwealth to provide a live video stream and broadcast of these games.

Friday's 5A North Final between Stone Bridge and Tuscarora will kickoff our coverage on the Gameday Broadcast Network with our HD telecast. Gameday's Andy Hayes, Chris Bourassa, and Nick Monaco will anchor the broadcast that will include 4 cameras, instant replay, and network television style graphics.

Our pregame coverage will begin at 6:30pm live from Fortune Field in Leesburg, Va.

Saturday will feature a jam packed lineup of games as the Road to Glory continues online at GamedayMagazine.com. We will have 6 total live televised games on our website for you to enjoy.

Westfield travels to South County in the 6A North Final that will kickoff at 2pm. That will again feature our HD production crew live from Lorton, Virginia with our pregame starting at 1:30pm. Gameday's Bob Duncan and Mike Feldman will anchor our coverage from the 5A South Championship live from Highland Springs High School as the Springers host visiting Indian River at 2pm.

Mike Serone and Matt Hatfield will have the broadcast call for the 4A East showdown between nationally ranked Lake Taylor, and visiting Courtland. Kickoff is scheduled for 2pm. Across town, Phoebus will host Magna Vista in the 3A East Championship, and that game is also scheduled to begin at 2pm.

Joe Deck and Darnell Moore will be broadcasting that championship contest live from Darling Stadium with their pregame starting at 1:45pm.

Our coverage continues down in Southwestern Virginia as Lord Botetourt hosts Hopewell in the 3A West Final starting at 2pm. Gameday's Kyle Bailey and Cory Thessin have the call in that one.

The huge showdown in 4A West between undefeated Salem and undefeated Jefferson Forest will kickoff at 7pm on our airwaves with Justin Bishop and Bob Alvis on the mic for the Gameday Broadcast Network in Lynchburg.

To watch these VHSL State Semifinal games, all you have to do is visit GamedayMagazine.com and purchase a Day pass for $14.99. Once your purchase is complete, your access to the game of your choice is available.

Below are several important notes about ordering a Day Pass at GamedayMagazine.com.

IP Addresses and Password Sharing:
Gameday's website allows for a total of 3 IP addresses to login within a 10 hour period at any given time. Once a 4th IP address logs in during that time frame, the user's account is auto locked by our system to protect against password sharing. Our live video streams work on mobile devices, but keep in mind that if you continually open your mobile browser on your phone in public, there's a good chance that each time you do it, you are potentially connecting to a different cell tower, with a different IP address.

As for sharing the password, if you do this with others, you increase your chances of your account being locked. When you attend a game, you must purchase a ticket for each person, and our platform should be looked at the same way. Should you get locked on accident, you can email us at support@gamedaymagazine.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Ipad Streaming and Audio Issues:
Some versions of Apple Ipads and Iphones allow for video transmission of our feeds, but for some reason, do not take nicely to the audio. If you experience this issue, it is advised that you use a laptop computer or different device to connect to GamedayMagazine.com. Our streaming server does all it can to blanket as many different devices as possible, but we have seen this at times come through our support channels. Laptops, desktops, and many other devices work perfectly. One tip, if you have a laptop, you can connect it to your TV by using the HDMI port on the computer. This will allow you to watch the game on a much bigger screen.

Internet Download Speeds Required:
Before purchasing your Day Pass at GamedayMagazine.com, go to your web browser and check your download speed at www.speedtest.net. This will allow you to see if you have a fast enough connection to view our video streams. We televise our games at 848 kbps which is a little under 1 mb per second. If you have less than 1mb per second download speed, your stream could very well buffer and will not be consistent. Check your speeds at least 3 times to see what the average is, and that will help you understand if you can efficiently watch our live broadcasts. We do offer a live audio stream as well in case the video stream does not work for you.

Test Your Capability Well Before Kickoff:
Our advice to you is to purchase your pass a couple of hours before kickoff. That way you are able to work out any technical issues on your end, or with us, before the game starts. When you gain access, if you can get to the live scoreboard page and click on any of the watch live links, you should see a video player become visible. If you do, that is evidence that you are ready for viewing once the game begins. You will need to refresh and click watch live once the broadcast has started.

Gameday MVP Members:
You must purchase a VHSL Day Pass to view this weekend's coverage online at GamedayMagazine.com. Your annual plan will not permit access to these games due to our agreement with the VHSL.

On-Demand Replays And Digital Copies:
Every Gameday Broadcast is archived for On-Demand viewing and will also be available for purchase online at GamedayMagazine.com.
