GCs JV squad has yet again another team with a full court press that is relentless.

GC started getting hot from behind the arc in the 2nd qtr. Rebounding the ball a little better tonight.

Bradley Dean goes down with what looks to be a knee injury in the 3rd. Sure hope hes alright.

GC leads 62-25 and the end of 3rd.

GC subs play all of 4th qtr. Backups getting alot of meaningful minutes.

I spoke with his dad. Said he collided knees so hopefully nothing that will keep him out very long. He was walking around fairly easily after the game which was a sigh of relief.

No doubt. Bone bruises are painful for quite some time too. If that area gets bumped at all its immediate nausea.

Gate City 81, Virginia High 34

Zac Ervin’s 30-point outing led Gate City as the Blue Devils cruised to a victory in a VHSL Benefit Game.

Bradley Dean added 14 points and Luke Reed had 13 for the Blue Devils.

Jordan Dixon had 11 points and was the only Virginia High player to reach double figures.
