Wilson is still left. Essex which runs a lot more than they pass is still left. No Essex isn't the spread team of years past. This team is defense and a strong run game first but still can beat you with the pass if needed. Not to mention some teams left at other levels who are smash mouth

Yes, there are. You just don't know anything about them. Liberty vs. Salem Saturday was pretty much ground and pound.

Lake Taylor is a running team, Ocean Lakes very much a running team, Salem is without question a run first team, pass about 10 percent of the time, Altavista will run first, Centreville is a ball control team, Magna Vista passes a lot, Glenvar passes some, but that's about it. It's obvious, if you are going to win a state championship, you had better be able to run the football.
