Looks like for the first time since 2010, the girls 3A (division 3) state champion will not be from the Valley. Robert E Lee (2x), Spotswood (3x), and Turner Ashby (1x) along with two runner up titles by Broadway. Broadway could surprise some people but there are some good teams from the west.

Guess the Valley was just as good again. Love that no one respected Broadway. Coach Mongold has done a tremendous job with that program.
