Sam Bryant of Galax stands in second place by one stroke in the Group A tournament after shooting a 1-over 73 at Shenandoah Valley Golf Club in Front Royal.

Bryant trails Colton Ray of Amelia County, who fired a 72. Travis Norris of Essex is third at 76, followed by James River's Marshall Bailey at 77. Defending champion Jessica Hollandsworth of Floyd County is 11 strokes back at 83. Region C champion Mark Lilly of George Wythe shot an 85.

Randolph-Henry leads the team standings heading into today's final round after shooting a four-man score of 321.

Nelson County is second at 324, with Floyd County and Castlewood tied for third at 333. Galax (341) is fifth, followed by Northumberland (349), J.J. Kelly (351) and Middlesex (356).
